Acceptance of these terms

By connecting a wallet to Splyt or using any part of the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age where you live and allowed to use services like this one under the laws that apply to you. You may not use the site if you are subject to sanctions or located in a sanctioned jurisdiction.

What we provide

Splyt is an interface to smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. It helps you form a team, launch a token through Pons and split its fees onchain. We do not operate Pons, the chain or any wallet.

How the contracts behave is described on the Docs page. The contracts, not this site, decide what a transaction does.

Non-custodial

We never hold your keys or your funds. Every transaction is signed by your wallet and is final once it is confirmed. We cannot reverse, cancel or refund it.

Fees

Trading fees and the platform share are set by the contracts at launch and are shown before you sign. Network gas is paid by you, in ETH.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to launch tokens that infringe others’ rights, impersonate people or projects, or mislead buyers. Do not try to disrupt the site or its infrastructure.

Risk

Tokens can lose all of their value. Smart contracts can contain bugs. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice, and you use it at your own risk.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it.
